1. Include Protein and Vegetables in Every Meal

We recommend consuming at least 30 grams of protein at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Additionally, it’s important to include a variety of vegetables in each meal to obtain a wide range of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that support health and well-being.

2. Weightlifting 3-4 Times a Week

Strength training is essential for maintaining muscle mass, increasing metabolism, and improving bone health. We recommend engaging in weightlifting sessions or resistance exercises 3-4 times a week. Proper hydration is essential for supporting overall health and well-being. Staying hydrated helps regulate body temperature, lubricate joints, deliver nutrients to cells, and flush out toxins. In addition to drinking plenty of water, it’s important to replenish electrolytes lost through sweat, especially during physical activity. Incorporate electrolyte-rich foods such as bananas, spinach, and yogurt into your diet, and consider using electrolyte supplements  as needed. Additionally, mineral-rich water sources such as mineral water or water with added electrolytes can be beneficial for maintaining hydration and replenishing minerals lost through sweat.
