I had such a wonderful experience at this office! The doctor was attentive, compassionate, and genuinely took the time to listen to all of my concerns and needs without making me feel rushed. The entire process was quick and efficient, and the nurses were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The office itself is beautiful, spotless, and has such a comfortable atmosphere. Me pareció súper amable, escucha todo lo que siente el paciente (en este caso mi mamá), siento que finalmente va a tener la ayuda que necesita!! Recomienda cosas naturales mucho mejor para el cuerpo y a su vez tiene en cuenta medicamentos que necesitamos. Muy completo Doc.

As a Registered Nurse, I know many many doctors & I hand picked Dr. Rois and his office to care for my family.  His knowledge is vast across multiple diagnoses with management & conservative treatment approach.  He spends a generous amount of time with each patient and with a warm & friendly manner.  If you are seeking a true family physician, he is wonderful & staff very accommodating. I walked in today to see if they were taking new patients because I’m looking for a new PCP. I did have a notebook with me because I had just finished a meeting in an office nearby. The front desk girl or medical assistant literally took the out to lunch sign and slammed it on the counter at 2:18PM and turned her back. The rest of the staff giggled as if it was funny to treat people like that. Whether she thought I was a rep or not treating people like that is disgusting and I would not recommend this practice to anyone!
